Website technology
Goodfind Lane serves static information pages. We have not installed analytics scripts, advertising pixels, contact or newsletter forms, embedded social widgets, or affiliate tracking. Fonts and the room illustration are served with the website. Our pages do not use browser storage or set cookies through website scripts.
Hosting and access data
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver pages and protect its network, Cloudflare processes technical request data, including IP addresses, request and traffic-routing information, and device or system information. This processing is necessary to make the website available and maintain its security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure information service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Cloudflare's data processing terms form part of its service terms. Cloudflare may use subprocessors and process data outside the European Economic Area. Its processing terms provide transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not maintain a separate visitor log database or export visitor logs for audience analysis. Provider retention depends on the service and processing purpose. Cloudflare describes a default seven-day retention for end-user activity logs in its Data Act information, while noting that such logs are not stored for every product. This is not a promise that every request record is stored or deleted after exactly seven days. Technical data may be retained where needed for security, abuse investigation or legal obligations.
Email correspondence
Email to [email protected] is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, and handled personally by Kevin Keuters through STRATO webmail. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit a website form. We process the sender address, message, any name and attachments you provide, and technical mail data to respond to your enquiry. Please include only information necessary for your request.
General enquiries are processed under our legitimate interest in responding to messages (Article 6(1)(f)). Enquiries relating to a contract or steps requested before a contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b). Where a specific legal retention obligation applies, Article 6(1)(c) applies.
Email retention policy
From launch, our operating policy is to manually delete ordinary email enquiries after they have been finally resolved, unless a specific legal obligation requires continued retention. Correspondence subject to such an obligation is kept for the applicable statutory period and deleted when the obligation ends. This describes the practice to be applied by the operator; no automatic deletion system has been configured. Provider backup and technical mail-log retention are governed separately by STRATO's service and processing terms.
External links and Pinterest parameters
Retailer and source links lead to independently operated websites. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them. Current guide links are ordinary source links, with no affiliate tracking added by Goodfind Lane.
Links from Pinterest may contain campaign labels such as utm_source and utm_content. These labels are part of the requested address and can therefore occur in hosting request data. We have not installed a separate service to measure visits, conversions or sales from these labels.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, subject to the relevant conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact our email address above to exercise your rights. We do not use automated decisions or profiling to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bremen data-protection authority, or the authority where you live or work in the EU.
